All products offered by Wild Man Apothecary are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical reference purposes. They are not intended or sold for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or diagnostic purposes. Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No statement on this site constitutes a medical claim or medical advice, and none should be inferred.
2. Eligibility & Attestations
Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. Direct checkout through this site is reserved for items the proprietor has marked eligible for lawful direct sale; all other items are arranged by direct inquiry. By placing an order you certify research intent, lawful use within your jurisdiction, and acceptance of these terms. Orders that cannot meet these attestations will be declined.
3. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment
Orders placed through this site's ledger are order requests, reviewed personally by the proprietor. Payment and shipping particulars are confirmed directly with you before fulfillment; no card is charged at the time of ordering on this site. The proprietor reserves the right to decline any order, including where legal eligibility cannot be established.
4. Bulk Allowances
Where a product lists a bulk allowance (for example, “Buy 2+: $5 off each”), the allowance applies automatically at the stated quantity in the order ledger.
5. Liability
Products are supplied as research materials only. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the apothecary disclaims liability for misuse, handling contrary to these terms, or any application outside legitimate laboratory research.
6. Privacy
Contact details and order information you provide are used solely to process and fulfill your order and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what fulfillment requires, and we retain order records only as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
